Introduction

The Certified Compliance Manager is an administrative program designed to teach practical understanding of organizational compliance requirements.   • The relationship of compliance management with audit management and risk management.
  • The responsibilities of the board of directors and senior management regarding compliance.

Day 4

  • Task Management and Work Environment.
  • The necessary skills for task management and leadership.

Day 5

  • Task management, productivity enhancement, and setting priorities.
  • Examples and models of compliance management functions.
