1. Overview & Eligibility
Welcome to Gulf Euro for Training. By accessing our services, enrolling in our training programs, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal corporate authority on behalf of your organization to purchase, register for, or participate in any training courses provided by us.
2. Registration & Nomination Terms
We accommodate professional training registration through two primary nomination structures:
Corporate HR Nominations
Organizations nominating employees must provide a formal registration form, official purchase order (PO), or signed training agreement. Invoice terms are subject to pre-approved corporate billing cycles.
Personal Self-Nominations
Individuals seeking self-enrollment must secure upfront payment using approved credit cards, bank transfers, or payment links prior to the course start date to guarantee their placement.
💡 Guarantee Policy: Gulf Euro for Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In any such instance initiated by the institute, a 100% full refund of any pre-paid training fees is guaranteed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All course cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted formally in writing to our administration via email.
Because we coordinate elite international venues, world-class expert lecturers, and custom physical resources in advance, we enforce a strict sliding scale cancellation policy as detailed below:

4. Feedback, Complaints & SLA

Any complaints regarding course materials, trainers, or facilities must be formally lodged through our contact channels.
