Policies and Procedures

Registration Terms

For public course nominations, the client’s HR/Training department handles the processing, except for self-nominations, which require upfront payment after completing the online registration form. A full refund will be granted if a course is canceled or seats are unavailable. Registration confirmation is contingent upon Gulf Euro For Training’s review of the registration request and seat availability.

Cancellation Terms

Full payment is mandatory at least 7 days before the course commencement.

In the event of client-initiated cancellations, our policy ensures a full refund if we receive notice at least 7 days before the course begins. A 50% refund is available up to 48 hours before the course starts.

In urgent scenarios like crises or denied airport access, the entire course cost will be refunded, or it can be rescheduled for a later date. If rescheduling is not agreed upon, a complete refund will be provided.
