Policies and Procedures

Registration Terms

For public course nominations, the client’s HR/Training department handles the processing, except for self-nominations, which require upfront payment after completing the online registration form. A full refund will be granted if a course is cancelled or seats are unavailable. Registration confirmation is contingent upon Gulf Euro For Training’s review of the registration request and seat availability.

Cancellation Terms

This policy has been established to ensure the highest levels of performance and quality of the course in terms of conditions and tools, while maintaining a fair and balanced approach that supports a win-win situation for both the client and the company.

Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.

If the cancellation is made by the client, the following refund policy applies:

  • Full refund if cancelled 8 days or more before the course start date.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before the course start date.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the course start date.

In emergency cases such as crises or airport access restrictions, Gulf Euro for Training will review the situation case by case and make an appropriate decision based on an assessment made by the management of Gulf Euro for Training.
